Habitat - Sign Up to Help Build Next Habitat House - Beginning on Saturday, August 14th, volunteers from First Presbyterian Church will partner with volunteers from Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Second Ponce de Leon Baptist Church, and the Parsonson Foundation to build a new Habitat home for Ms. Darethea Williams and her family. The home will be located at 1961 Meador Avenue, S.E., Atlanta, GA 30315. Our house leader will be Free Walker. Construction of the house will occur on seven Saturdays (August 14, 21 and 28; September 11, 18 and 25; and October 2). Please contact Bill Earnest (404/351/8030 or WilliamMEarnest@yahoo.com) to sign up. Bill will be staffing a “sign up table” in Fifield Hall after the 10:15 a.m. worship services.
Seekers and Joiners Class - If you are considering joining First Presbyterian or simply would like to learn more about the church, plan to attend the Seekers & Joiners Class. Seekers and Joiners Class - Is offered throughout the year and required for membership, the Seekers & Joiners classes will help you learn more about Presbyterianism; our beliefs, our history, our system of government, our sacraments and our worship. The class will also help you learn about First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta; our volunteer programs and our congregational and community programs.

services on television on Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. on AIB Cable Network (Comcast Ch. 5, Smyrna
Ch. 22, and Bellsouth Intown Ch. 4), and Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. Our radio broadcast is the world's longest running religious radio
program and airs Sundays at 7:30 a.m. on WSB (AM750).
