Grief
Grief Seminars
Grief seminars are offered every year, usually in the spring and fall. The seminars give people opportunity to work through the grief process with others who are experiencing the pain of loss. Each seminar includes four sessions which are led by Rev. Chris Moore-Keish, Parish Associate for our Pastoral Care Ministry.

Rainbows
If your children, kindergarten through high school, are lonely, sad or angry due to the loss of a loved one, bring them to Rainbows. This nationally known group was organized at FPC as a weekly support group program for children who have suffered significant loss in their lives due to death, divorce or abandonment. For details and schedule, call 404-228-7719.
Stephen Ministry
Comfort and support are available to you through trained lay people - your fellow church members who have had extensive training to provide emotional and spiritual support to you in your hours of need. You can call the Care Office at 404-228-7719 to request a visit or phone call from a Stephen Minister. These caring people are also available every Sunday morning following worship services. And they often help with memorial services and funerals, serving as ushers and greeters. (See Death Services).
