Our desire for the preschool children is for them to experience the love of Jesus Christ through their teachers and caregivers, developing their personal knowledge and love of our Lord Jesus Christ through prayer, praise, fellowship, service, music, and education. We want to encourage them to be guided by God's love and teachings in their everyday lives, to lead them to seek God's will for their lives, to minister to others in Christ's name, and to bind them to the community of faith. We hope to foster opportunities for the preschool children to establish relationships with their “church friends” which will continue throughout their years together.
All of our Sunday School teachers have been trained and equipped to teach the Presbyterian curriculum that has been evaluated and approved by the Christian Education Council and by the Session each year. The curriculum follows our church's Journey of Faith for Preschoolers. All preschool age classes use the "Wee Believe" PC(USA) curriculum.
