Wednesday @ First

The life of faith doesn’t end after worship on Sunday.

We are out there in the real world day in and day out,
sharing Christ’s love.

So, come to FPC on Wednesdays,
not out of obligation,
but to be recharged for your life in faith.

Hear or make some music, have dinner,
be a part of an evening of fellowship,
study and worship.

Get inspired. Get fed. Get infused.
This is Wednesdays @ First!

Whiz Kids

Children thrive with attention, and sometimes making a difference in a child’s life is as simple as a donating an hour and a half each week.Through the “Whiz Kids” program, the First Presbyterian-Hillside Partnership Ministry tutors in reading and math and is always eager for more volunteers. Contact Connie Lee at (404) 228-7741 or here for more information.

Game Gurus

You don’t really have to be a guru. In fact, you don’t even have to be good. We simply invite people of all ages for a few hours of bridge or cards and other board games. Contact Maree Durmeyer at (404) 872-6040 for more information.

Dinner

5:00 - 6:30 pm, Fifield Hall

Let’s face it. You don’t have time to cook. Plus, there’s never enough time with friends.

We invite you to do a little something different on Wednesday nights. Skip the trip to the farmer’s market and leave the cooking and clean up to us. All you have to do is stroll on in to Fifield Hall where dinner is ready and new friends as well as old are waiting.

Sit down. Breathe easy. Relax. Dine. Enjoy.

If you have questions about what’s for dinner, if you special dietary needs, or if you wish to make reservations, please contact Karin Davis at Roadshows Catering: (404) 228-7730 or click here. Adults $8, Children $4, Children under 3 free.

Adult Studies and Worship

Mid-Week Worship

Wednesday dinner, fellowship and worship gently creates a bubble of sacred space and time.
