Sacrament of Holy Communion

Sunday Mornings

At various times during the year, the sacrament of Holy Communion is offered during regular Sunday morning services and at special seasonal services throughout the year.

Communion is also offered every Sunday morning at 8:30 in Winship Chapel. These small, intimate services include a short meditation offered by a member of our pastoral staff.

Home Communion

On regular "Communion Sundays," and at other times by special request, pastors and church elders take communion to members who are not able to attend worship services at the church. You may receive "home communion" in your own home, or in other locations, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and extended care facilities.

Sunday, January 6, 2008  Epiphany Communion 9 and 11:15 a.m.

Ash Wednesday, February 6, 2008  Noon in Winship Chapel and 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary

First Sunday of Lent, February 10, 2008 9 and 11:15 a.m.

Maundy Thursday, March 20, 2008 in homes

Sacrament of Baptism

As a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), we offer the sacrament of baptism for people of all ages, including infants and children. Baptism takes place during Sunday morning worship, during the special Tuesday evening service when new members are received by the Session before their monthly meeting, or at other times by request.
