Small Group

The beginning of wisdom is this:

get wisdom and whatever else you get, get insight.

This class is designed to meet people where they are.  Like Paul, we can all be great interpreters of the Holy Scripture through the Holy Spirit.  Join us as we walk by faith, first through the lens of the preached word the Sunday before class, ultimately exploring the depths of its understanding and application in our own lives and the communities we belong to.

-Proverbs 4:7

Sensations

Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way,

you will fulfill the law of Christ

-Galatians 6:2

Prayer and Mediation Moments were created with the "busy" of our lives in mind.  What happens in the times of overwhelm?  Who is your support? Who can you talk to other than God?  There are numerous spaces for people to get the support they need.  Praise God for mental health professionals!  Yet often we still yearn for a casual and safe space, with similar people, to express our joys, sorrows, hopes, and challenges. Centering meditation topics are listed by date, but the most important is to uplift, support, and be present right where you are.

Service and Social

For everything there is a season and a time

for every matter under heaven.

SALT'S inaugural year provided the foundation to know one another through food, fun, and fellowship.  We strive to join the Holy Spirit in our calling during our time of "singleness", to graciously and gratefully serve others as well.  Beginning in 2024 every month, we will alternate between nurturing our relationships through social connections and participating in a myriad of service projects. We encourage your suggestions for future service opportunities.

Sunday Brunch

They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship,

to the breaking of bread and the prayers.

Whether we are gathering inside of Politan Row at Colony Square, or some other dining experience; the most important part of us "gathering", is YOU!
