Atlanta Botanical Garden with Together at First
Step into a burst of color and imagination with Together at First on Thursday, May 14 at the Atlanta Botanical Garden for “Niki in the Garden,” an encore exhibition of monumental sculptures by Niki de Saint Phalle, returning 20 years after its original debut. Meet in the church’s back parking lot at 10:15 a.m. to carpool, returning for lunch and fellowship. Tickets are $20 or $10 for Garden members. Scholarships are available. Samaritan Counseling Center Dream Group will meet beginning May 27
On Wednesdays, May 27 through July 1 from 1 to 2:30 p.m., the SCCA Executive Director, Katie Sundermeier, will lead a Dream Group in the Rooker Counseling Center on the third floor of the Smith Building. Participants will gather weekly in a quiet, reflective space to share their dreams and listen together for what they might reveal. Rooted in a Reformed theological framework, this group approaches dreams not as fortune-telling or hidden codes to be cracked but as invitations, spaces where the Spirit may stir, illuminate, and draw us deeper into truth. FPC to have tea with AMIS
AMIS Afternoon of International Tea
April 25 | 2–4 p.m.
The Overlook, North Avenue Presbyterian Church
AMIS (French for “friends”) hosts its third annual Afternoon of International Tea, bringing together international students and the local community for an afternoon of cultural exchange. The event features country tables, international teas and bites, art, entertainment and a silent auction. Open to the public.

Atlanta Opera's Turnandot Community Conversation comes to FPC
First Presbyterian will host the Atlanta Opera at 10:30 a.m. on April 25 for its Community Conversation about the upcoming performances of Turandot.
This 90-minute Community Conversation – moderated by Lois Reitzes – will feature the opera's creative leadership and will invite examine the artistic, philosophical, and ethical questions at the heart of the work.
Framed as an open dialogue rather than a traditional lecture, the event explores how one of opera’s most celebrated yet controversial masterpieces can be presented for contemporary audiences with both honesty and integrity.
Together at First heads to SCAD FASH on April 23
Join us on Thursday, April 23, at SCAD FASH for the exciting new exhibit, Dior: Crafting Fashion. We'll meet in the back parking lot of the church at 10:15 a.m. and carpool to the museum. After the exhibit, we’ll return to the church for lunch and a time of fellowship.

Capital Project Dedication Sunday
On the Way Capital Project Dedication Sunday is Sunday, April 19. We will gather as one congregation to mark this special occasion.
There will be only one worship service that morning at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary.

Come learn with innovative ventures that are creating meaningful impact in our communities. Meet the 2026 Epiphany Social Venture Finalists and hear from guest speakers Atticus LeBlanc (Founder/CEO PadSplit) and Edward J. “Jack” Hardin, Partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. As well as a panel discussion facilitated by Dr. Andre Calmon, Associate Professor of Operations Management and Faculty Director of the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business at Georgia Tech. Participants will also enjoy small-group mentoring with subject matter experts.

FPC Preschool Auction is April 17
The First Presbyterian Preschool Auction is a celebration of the families, teachers, and staff that make our school special. The “Built to Last” auction on April 17 at 6 p.m. in the Correll Commons will support programs, people, and experiences that help our children grow in faith, confidence, and curiosity.
We hope you can join us for a fun evening that will feature a silent auction, raffle, dinner and drinks (including beer and wine) at the event. Celebrating the last 80 years as a preschool and looking to lay the foundation for the future!

Concerts@First presents the Atlanta Community Symphony Orchestra in "Heroes vs. Villains" on Sunday, March 22 at 4 p.m.
The ACSO invites you to an epic, family-friendly musical showdown! Experience powerful themes and cinematic favorites as heroes rise and villains take the stage in an action-packed afternoon of unforgettable film music.
Audience members are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite hero or villain for our lively costume contest, and guests can also enjoy a special gallery display celebrating student artists from ACSO’s Art in Music program.

Join us for our 20s & 30s Spring Retreat on March 20–22 at beautiful Lake Keowee, SC! This weekend will be a chance to step away from the busyness of life, relax by the water, and spend meaningful time getting to know one another better. Together at First is planning a history and architecture tour of the Fox Theatre, an Atlanta institution since 1929, on Thursday, March 19, at 10:15 a.m. We will meet in the church’s back parking lot and carpool to the Fox and return to the church afterward for fellowship and lunch.
