Promotion Requests

Please use the promotion request form below to submit information for FPC social media and website promotion, as well as weekly e-blasts, bulletins, and pulpit announcements.

  • Please submit promotions requests by noon on Monday to be included in that week's publication.

    Each ministry and department is expected to draft their copy. In the form, you can describe the event/class, attach photos or images related to it, confirm the time and location, and decide where you want it promoted.

    E-blasts have a 300-word limit and are usually paired with pictures or graphics. Sunday bulletin announcements are limited to 150 words, and pulpit announcements are limited to 50.

    For recurring announcements, please submit a new form for each week that you would like the announcement to be published. This will help ensure that they don’t get lost in the shuffle as we rebuild our communication plans for each week.

PLEASE NOTE

This is not the same as requesting a room and set-up. For that, please use the event request form.

Please be aware that we may edit submissions for clarity or brevity. The communications team will contact you if we need to make any significant changes. We may ask for revisions—especially if the announcement is missing pertinent details like time, location, and contact.
