Submit information for FPC social media and website promotion, as well as weekly e-blasts, bulletins, and pulpit announcements.

Please submit promotion requests by noon on Monday to be included in that week's communications.

Each ministry or department is responsible for providing its own copy. Use this form to describe your event or class, upload photos or graphics, confirm the time and location, and select where you'd like it promoted.

Word Limits

• E-blast: 300 words

• Sunday bulletin: 150 words

• Pulpit announcement: 50 words

For recurring announcements, please submit a new form each week you would like the announcement to appear.

Please Note

• This form is not for room reservations or event setup. Please use the Event Request Form for those requests.

• The Communications team may edit submissions for clarity, length, or style and will contact you if significant revisions are needed or if important information is missing.
