Holy Week

Holy Week invites us to walk with Jesus through the final days of his earthly ministry, from his triumphant entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday to the intimacy of the Last Supper, the sorrow of the cross and the silence of the tomb. Through worship, scripture, prayer and sacred music, we remember the depth of God's love revealed in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

At First Presbyterian, we gather throughout this most sacred week of the Christian year to reflect on Christ's journey and prepare our hearts for the joy of Easter. Each observance offers an opportunity to experience a different part of the story, reminding us that we cannot fully celebrate the Resurrection without first walking the road to the cross.
